The source code of SpeechTypr is proprietary and protected by copyright law. All rights are reserved by Matthew ORBECK. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of the application is strictly prohibited.

The name "SpeechTypr", the application logo, and all associated branding elements are the exclusive property of Matthew ORBECK. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

3.3 Third-Party Technologies

SpeechTypr is built using the following open-source technologies:

These technologies are used in accordance with their respective licenses. All other assets and content are created and owned by Matthew ORBECK.

4.1 General Disclaimer

SpeechTypr is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The publisher makes no guarantee regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the application.

4.2 Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge that you use SpeechTypr entirely at your own risk. The publisher shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or transcriptions
• Computer system damage or malfunction
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Errors or inaccuracies in transcriptions
• Issues arising from third-party AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI)

4.3 Third-Party Services

SpeechTypr integrates with third-party artificial intelligence services (Google Gemini, OpenAI). The publisher is not responsible for the availability, performance, privacy practices, or policies of these external services. You are solely responsible for your use of these services and your API keys.

4.4 No Professional Advice

SpeechTypr is a tool for transcription and text generation. The output should not be considered as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Always verify important transcriptions and AI-generated content before using them for critical purposes.

4.5 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the publisher for any claims arising from the use of SpeechTypr shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the application (which is currently zero, as the application is free).
